How it started...

After more than 20 years of contracting and consulting across a diverse range of large corporates and government departments, I noticed a recurring theme in feedback from managers and colleagues alike: “articulate” and, somewhat unexpectedly, “a unicorn.” The nickname stuck. 

With a strategic mind and extensive expertise in grants, tenders and procurement, I offer a rare combination of commercial acumen and emotional intelligence, underpinned by creativity, strong governance, great writing, clear communication, attention to detail and a grounded sense of humour. 

With a talent for navigating complexity and ambiguity while building genuine, trusted partnerships, establishing my own consultancy felt like a natural evolution.
