Throughout my career, I have often been described by colleagues and clients as a “unicorn” and as someone who is “articulate.” It’s a combination I’ve come to embrace: bringing together emotional intelligence and professional expertise, creativity and rigour, curiosity and depth. That rare blend is at the heart of Articulate Unicorn.

Starting my own consultancy felt like a natural next step - creating an intentional, productive space where I can bring together the experience, perspective and skills I’ve developed throughout my career, and apply them to work that drives business growth. 

But good consultancy is about more than expertise. I’m known for being fair, honest, reliable and positive, for bringing fun energy and, importantly, for being someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
